Welcome to Joburg’s first proper lounge: 96 Degrees. Sometimes you just gotta chill to take the edge off. Johannesburg has been starved and, frankly, neglected in this department. It's either a crappy franchised pub playing sokkie treffers, or a banging club. Where's the middle ground? Anyone au fait with Cape Town knows that they have hundreds of laid back chilled places to park off on a lazy couch with your mates, talk shyte, drink liquor and listen to down tempo house.
